Our return policy is simple. If you’re not 100% satisfied with Boveda, return it for a full refund. For any reason at all. We guarantee it. Boveda accessories are guaranteed to be defect-free for 1-year after purchase.

Returns Procedure

E-mail us at info@bovedainc.com to let us know you’re sending the product back. Then simply mail the product to our corporate office, and once we receive it, we’ll issue you a refund to the payment method you used for your purchase. Please make sure to include your full name or order number inside the box with the return.
