What shipping services do we provide?
At this time, Boveda offers shipping throughout the United States and Canada via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If your order is shipping to the United States or Canada, your order may ship via one of these methods:
  • USPS First Class (for orders under 1 pound)
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground
If your order is shipping outside of the United States or Canada, your order will ship via DHL International shipping methods.
How is shipping charged?
Boveda charges a percentage-based shipping rate that is based on your shipping address and your order total.  Your order will ship via the best method available to your location. Boveda does not add any handling charges to your order.  Boveda does not pre-pay for customs or duties for international order shipments.  It’s the responsibility of the purchaser to cover these costs where applicable. You’ll have a chance to review the shipping charges before you place your order.
When do orders ship?
At minimum, all open orders ship once per day, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am (U.S. Central Time). For example:
  • If you place an order for Boveda at 10:00 am on Monday, your order will go out the following day—Tuesday.
  • If you place an order for Boveda at 11:00 am on Saturday, your order will go out on Monday morning. (Boveda’s shipping warehouse is not open on days the USPS (United States Postal Service) offices are closed.)
When do subscription orders ship?
Subscription orders are placed every day at 5:00 am (U.S. Central Time). So if your Subscription order date is on a weekday, that Subscription order will ship the very same day. Three days before we place your Subscription order, we’ll send you an e-mail reminder. This reminder is your opportunity to adjust your Subscription order before it’s placed. How long should it take to get my order?
Transit times will vary based on your shipping address. The best way to track the progress of your order is with your tracking number, which you’ll receive in an email from us. Just enter your tracking number on the tracking website for USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Depending on what country it’s being shipped to, an international order can typically take 2 weeks to 30 days to arrive. In Europe, packages oftentimes take a week just to clear customs. Delivery times to Italy, Greece and the Middle East are especially slow because of current world conditions.
How can I track my order?
After we pack up your order and print out a postage label, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. After you receive this tracking information, please wait 24 hours before visiting either the USPS or UPS tracking websites. Once your package information is available in the USPS or UPS systems, you can check the progress all the way to delivery confirmation.  In some cases, international shipments do not receive tracking updates once they leave the U.S. and may take up to 2 weeks for updates or deliveries.  
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to most countries. Shipping fees do not include any customs or duties fees. If the country you’re sending your order to charges import duties, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay them. You must enter your address in English characters in order to get a correct postage quote.
