Absolutely. Bury Boveda in the bottom of your container, set a humidity packet on top of your flower or nestle among your buds. (Or do all three!) Boveda is safe to touch flower because it’s made from food-grade ingredients.

6. When do I replace Boveda?
For curing and storing cannabis, Boveda lasts 2 to 4 months in an airtight cannabis container, like a jar, bag, tote, bin or CVault®. In a container that is frequently opened and closed (think flower for personal-use or daily consumption), Boveda lasts up to 2 weeks.
When the contents inside Boveda become rigid, it’s time to replace Boveda.
7. What’s the shelf life of unused Boveda?
Up to 2 years if Boveda is kept in its original packaging—even if you’ve opened the bag. Boveda is shipped in a high-moisture-barrier resealable plastic bag. When you open the bag, you’re making the Boveda “work” for a small amount of time. To preserve Boveda’s shelf life, remember to re-close the bag when you remove your humidity packets.
8. Can I cure cannabis with Boveda?
Absolutely. First, dry the flower using your preferred method to a moisture content just below where you’d like to cure your cannabis. The cannabis drying stage does the heavy lifting while Boveda fine-tunes your cannabis during the cure. Just store your herbal medicine in airtight container with Boveda to cure and mature your cannabis.
While you don’t have to burp your containers when you use Boveda to cure cannabis, some cultivators prefer to do so.
