How to Reschedule or Skip a Shipment and/or Update Quantity

To make changes to your subscription, log into your account on our website and select ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’. You can then:

Reschedule – select ‘Manage subscriptions’

Next to your upcoming order, click ‘Reschedule’

Choose when you’d like your order to be refilled, and click ‘Save changes’

Send Now – select ‘Manage subscriptions’

Click ‘Send now’ next to your upcoming order

Click ‘Send this order now’ to confirm

Skip an Order – select ‘Manage subscriptions’

Click ‘Skip’ next to any subscription products to skip

Click ‘Yes skip this order’ to confirm

Adjust Quantity – Select ‘Manage subscriptions’

Click ‘Manage this subscription’

Change the quantity, and select ‘Save changes’
