When do subscription orders ship?
Subscription orders are placed every day at 5:00 am (U.S. Central Time). So if your Subscription order date is on a weekday, that Subscription order will ship the very same day.
Three days before we place your Subscription order, we’ll send you an e-mail reminder. This reminder is your opportunity to adjust your Subscription order before it’s placed.
Please call customer service at 952-745-2900 if you need to update your subscription shipping address.
Yes, we do ship to most countries. Shipping fees do not include any customs or duties fees. If the country you’re sending your order to charges import duties, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay them.
International subscription orders are billed and shipped in accordance with one time shipment orders.
