Do I need to season my Boveda Humidor?

Yes, your new Boveda Humidor will require a one-time seasoning before you use it for storing cigars.

Seasoning is the process of bringing the wood’s moisture content to the ideal level necessary to maintain the desired relative humidity (RH) for storing and aging cigars. Seasoning your humidor with Boveda takes 14 days. You’ll use the three B84 packets, which were included with your cigar humidor.
